The plans your clients actually carry
We only service Colorado medical billing. These are the insurers and programs that cover your client's care and pay for the services you provide. I bill Colorado Medicaid and Medicare along with the major commercial plans most outpatient practices see. If you're on something else, ask.
MEBC Billing bills insurance on behalf of therapists. It is not an insurance company and does not accept insurance itself.

Pricing questions
Why is credentialing "depending on the starting point"?
Some therapists already have an NPI and a tax ID and just need the Medicaid pieces. Others are starting from nothing. The $300 covers the full path; if you've already done part of it, we'll talk about that at the consultation.
Can I do credentialing without ongoing billing?
Yes. Plenty of therapists hire me to get credentialed and then bill for themselves. There's no requirement to sign up for anything ongoing.
Is the consultation fee applied to the work?
The consultation is billed on its own at $15 per hour. It's priced to be easy to say yes to: an hour of real answers, whether or not you hire me afterward.
What if I need more than one RAE?
The $300 includes credentialing with one RAE of your choice. Additional RAEs are quoted separately. Just let me know which regions you want to serve.
